My Works

Hi there! Thanks for checking my blog out. Below are some of my works which you can purchase or read for free. :) Hope you enjoy them!

The Real Score (Gezellig #1)

Caitlin’s friendship with Marcus, the de facto frontman of the world’s biggest boy band Gezellig, has long been an object of scrutiny by almost everyone–their friends and families, the media, and his fans–ever since they “went public” a couple of years back. Who wouldn’t be interested? She was a nobody, catapulted into the limelight of his fame when he struck an unusual friendship with her.
To both Caitlin and Marcus, what they have is a “perfect little thing.” But then something comes along and threatens it.
In a no-holds-barred interview, will they finally be forced to settle the score?

Check out how to purchase here and read deleted scenes over here.

(un)breakable (Gezellig #2)

Lorin Perez’s life is finally back on track after almost losing it six years ago. She knows meeting and dating sizzling hot professional rugby player Spence Clarke is a huge part of her healing process. But with her father starting a new family, she decides to follow her best friend Caitlin to United Kingdom—Spence’s home country—and start a new life.
However, moving to UK brings certain complications in the form of Gezellig band member Nigel Whitmore, a.k.a. the one who didn’t follow through three years ago. And even though Lorin is very clear about her no commitment rule, Nigel ignores this and pursues Lorin like never before.
Caught between the man who made her feel safe and the one who makes her feel alive, will she finally be able to set her heart free and make the right choice?

Curtain Call (Gezellig #3)

This is the last book in the Gezellig series and a current WIP. :) I did, however, put out a teaser to this one, which you can read over here. WARNING: Spoiler-y for those who haven’t read the 2nd book.

The Last First Date

Ten years, and it all boiled down to one day.

Their first date.

One knew it would be the last, even before it started.

This is a completed work and you can read it over here for free. :)

The B-Side

L tried everything to make Marc love her: be the best friend that he needs and doesn’t think he need, be the number on supporter in whatever he wants to do, be the person he would hate when he needs one. She would bark if he asked her to, jump off a cliff despite her fear of heights… if that’s what he wanted.

Another night of rejection–the worst one yet–told L that enough is enough.

But how do you pick up the pieces of yourself that you lost in loving someone for six years?

L didn’t know where to start, until a tape recorder with a stranger’s voice shows her the way.

Also a completed work, and you can read it here, for free.

One of the Ones that Got Away

Still a WIP, which you can read here. Here’s what it’s about:

Ours wasn’t a love story—at least not the inspired kind, not the kind that was so great and so good that would make you sit back to wonder when or if it would happen to you. You were chapters scattered in my book of life, so to speak, a pop-up sometimes, but I was pretty sure I held at least a chapter in yours considering everything that happened—especially towards the ‘end’ of it all.

It was blurred and crazy and confusing. I never really knew if ours was a case of that cliché unrequited love or if it was a love on a two-way street that nobody dared to cross.

But I was sure of two things.

One was that we never took that step towards the point of no return, and I kept on thinking of that chance that we might have missed.

Two was that you, to use Pink, Katy Perry, and The Civil Wars’ song titles, were the one that got away.

Check that: you were one of the ones that got away.

See, I liked your chapters in my life. To tell you honestly, you were those chapters that have worn-out, dog-eared pages because I would go back to remember and savor most of our moments together, because you were, to me—to risk using this word—EPIC. Our memories weren’t all nice, they weren’t all great, but they were epic…with some memories enough to make me smile and turn around a bad day.

But you still got away, didn’t you?

You’re not here.

Over + Over

This is a collection of short stories, poems, one-shots, etc. that are inspired by a song, a quote, a picture, etc. Also a WIP (actually I made this to stave off writer’s block haha). Read here.

That’s about it. For other works (like poems I didn’t list here), check out my Wattpad site here.
